MJ was fantastic!!!! She said she’s only started working there for three weeks. I would’ve thought she’s been there for years. She was so pleasant, had a smile on her face the whole time and had a great attitude. I’ve never been there before and I will be coming back!

I came into the Helzberg diamonds today at Westland Mall just looking at first. I felt a little overwhelmed because I had my daughter with me KK slowed it down and was able to get Alicia to occupy her while I was able to look at some stones and rings.She was absolutely amazing as well as Alicia. I would definitely recommend this place.

Me and my husband Decided to go to the mall not knowing they closed at 7:00. The young lady told me to come on in and show me exactly what I was looking for! Very nice, friendly, helpful. I appreciate her helping me to find my diamond earrings I been looking for at least 2 weeks. When she showed me I immediately knew those were the ones! Thank you for amazing service. MJ was an Amazing help getting my wife her Wedding Ring cleaned. We appreciated her help so much that she also helped getting my wife a replacement necklace for the one that kept getting stuck in her hair and a new charm. She also helped me get my wife a secret Christmas ring the day after our visit. Shhh...

All three ladies were so friendly and helpful with my needs. I came in to get my rings cleaned but found some beautiful pieces that caught my eye. Kiki was exceptional in adjusting a necklace and helping me save money. I definitely recommend having either Alecia, Kiki, or Marija help you help you when it comes to choosing your jewelery.

I don’t have too much to say besides KK was AMAZING from her customer service skills to her knowledge about the jewelry…I really appreciate her for helping me and my fiancé find our perfect wedding bands. Had it not been for her we would’ve settled for something less than what the both of us wanted.

Well, where to begin... Our daughter broke my wife's enhancer band (rose and white gold make) and we decided to go get it fixed. The ring was purchased it in 2021 so at this point in time, this style of ring isn't being made any longer. Being told that, my heart sunk because, the style of ring fit what I wanted for my wife and what she wanted. We were given other choices that didn't feel right to me. However, our sales rep KK didn't give up. She sent the ring out to their repair shop and unfortunately, they weren't able to do anything. She had it sent to another repair shop that was fortunate to repair it. They had to add more material to the band but, it was back in its prime. We just picked it up today and it looked exactly like the day I walked into purchase it. I can't thank KK enough for being in touch and assuring that the ring repair would be exactly what we were looking for. KK at Helzberg Diamonds, I can't thank you enough. You're the true definition of a customer care expert and I'd be honored to keep coming back with service like this.
